Hi if I'm in the States under a visa waiver program, and i got married with an american girl, so I'm applying for the employment authorization form I765.

My question is which is the correct answer for the question 16. I think © (9) but not sure.

Are you applying for permanent residency? If so, yes, you would enter c 9.

AOS from VWP

3/3/2014 -- Sent application (I-485, I-130, I-765,G-1145)

3/5/2014 -- USPS delivery confirmation

3/7/2014 -- VWP expiration

3/11/2014 -- USCIS acceptance confirmation email

3/12/2014 -- Checks cashed by USCIS

3/15/2014 -- Received hardcopy NOAs

3/19/2014 -- Received biometrics notification (appointment set for 4/2/2014)

4/2/2014 -- Biometrics in Omaha

4/8/2014 -- Moved to Testing and invterview

5/13/2014 -- EAD card in Production

5/16/2014 -- Received I-797, Notification of Interview (set for 6/20/2014 @ 8:15 am)

5/19/2014 -- Received EAD Card

6/20/2014 -- Interview in Omaha -- Approved!!!

Removal of Condition

5/16/2016 -- Sent I-751 to CSC

5/17/2016 -- NOA1 date

5/24/2016 -- Check cashed

7/20/2016 -- Recieved biometrics notification (appointment set for 8/12/2016)
