Lost NVC Original Document

So, my fiance is scheduled to have her medical exam on the 3rd but when we were going back over the documents to ensure she had everything we noticed that she is missing the original NVC notice (the form which provides the case number and receipt number). I did make an electronic copy of the form when I originally received it though. What should we do? Is it okay to just have her take a printed copy of the notice/letter or not?

I have her print the requested number of copies, normally that is all that is brought to SLEC. You are the first I have read of sending the original
