ROC - RFE - Biometrics - Fingerprints Bad

Hi guys,

Haven't been on here in a long time since everything "was" going good.

This is my concern:

We submitted the documents for ROC of her CR-1 visa and received the 1 year extension. She then got the letter to do the biometrics. The lady who did her finger prints had a difficult time with getting good quality prints and said the FBI would likely reject them so she did the old fashion ink prints. Sure enough, the FBI rejected her prints and we received another RFE for biometrics. We contacted the 1st biometrics lady and sent in the "ink" prints. The FBI rejected those too and we received another RFE. This time they just wanted local poilce reports for my wife stating no trouble with the law,convictions, etc. We did all that with no problem and submitted the documents.

It's been about 6 or 7 weeks now since we submitted the police reports and we havent heard anything nor received any more correspondance from them.

I am getting worried. Should I be? Her GC 1 year extension expires in February and that is getting close for me to start freaking out. I'm trying to stay positive that if they needed something else, we would have gotten another RFE by now and we haven't.

Any advise?

5/15/12 - Dr. Sara received her Green Card in the mail
5/21/12 - Dr. Sara got her Social Security Card in the mail
6/21/12 - Dr. Sara got her Michigan Drivers License (watch out!)

4/21/13 - Dr. Sara 1st year anniversary in the USA!

Removal of Conditions

1/30/14 - Submitted I-751 Removal Of Conditions

2/18/14 - NOA I-797, I-751 Receipt Notice - Extended Conditional Residence 1 Year :-)

3/19/14 - Biometrics appointment

12/16/14 - 10 year Permanent Resident Green Card approved and received!!

Citizenship

5/4/15 - Submitted N-400 Application for Citizenship

5/6/15 - NOA for Priority Date of May 06, 2015

5/20/15 - Received NOA for Biometrics appointment

6/1/15 - Biometrics appointment

12/9/15 - Naturalization Interview - Passed!

12/15/15 - Citizenship Ceremony & Oath
