hello everyone I have two questions i send an email to the new address last night and this is what they sent me back.I did a new password did everything they asked me but I don't know what I should do or I don't know for what is the page??? also called the visa # this morning and he told me they need my fiance passaport number but he still don't have a passaport yet what should I do

Its the portal to apply for a Visa I assume you are applying for a K1 Visa?

Also you have your email and password exposed. You need that taken out.

Dont waste your time writing to the new adresss it is useless for k1, and the new phone number too.

They dont know nothing about k1 because this new sistem is only for work visa, students and tourist visas.

K1 and resident visas start on january.

Belive me, , when you call and they ask for your fiance passport it is because they think that you are a no resident visa, i called and gave my passport number then they told me that they dont have nothing on their sistem, when i told them that i am a k1 aplicant then they told me that they dont work with k1 or residents visas.

All way we have now to get any answer it is with the old e-mail adress.

The new adress it is useless too, i have sent severals e-mail and no answer.

I get answer from the old adress.

this is so confusing I did write an email to the old address and they told me I need to send an email to a new address send me I don't even know what to do now I just want my appointment soon :( :(

Even if you write to ThE new adress es useless.

Kepping trying and try to the old adress.

or use the e_mail adress forma americano citizen

You can write and they will answer you.

Justo explain that The new adress doesnt work

Keep sending emails to the old email address santodomingovisas@state.gov , I have sent emails there and they always reply but now they take more than 2 working days
