Alhamdolilah ..... Visa Issued today ...

Its been a long journey for me and my spouse. I joined this forum when there was visa tracker part 1 i was mostly a silent member. I never thought it be delayed so much that there would be part 3 of this thread by the time I get out of AP. (I was in AP for about 2 n half years)

Here are some facts for fingerprints and oath. There were about 10 others like me for it. we all were selected around mid December for it. they took a break from this procedure and they are now restarting in year 2015.

For those still waiting for a call for medical submission. I would say email the embassy, contact your senator or congressman for help and hope for the best and for those already scheduled for fingerprints and oath, Best of Luck :)

Alhamdolillah, reward for your patience. Best of luck and best wishes to rest of AP sufferrers.

 Today our case updated again. After Nov 21, I emailed them Jan 14, concerned with Bangladesh's political violence, and the death threats my husband's been getting from neighbors because he's married to me... then they emailed me Jan 20, said they'd "forward to appropriate authority" -whoever that is, they didn't say...but that they were unable to predict when case would be complete, due to additional AP....then case updated Jan 20, Jan 21, and Today Jan 27.

:dancing: So, it updated twice after the update, after the email...so i'm crossing my fingers, and hoping, and praying this is positive !

(L) Inshallah Allah is breathing goodness our way (L)

(F) :goofy: We are praying for all others in AP, and those getting their interviews soon, that we will all get our ISSUED soon! :goofy: (F)

I pray your case continues to update. There are supervisors that can work on a case and see if it is being handled correctly. I pray someone high up is now looking into your case and will issue your visa soon.

The embassy will not ask for un updated medical or documents until they need them and even when they ask for a new medical and documents it's best not to get too excited. They asked my husband for a new medical and documents and when they didn't issue the visa I emailed them. They told me they just wanted to update their records. Almost 11 months passed before they issued the visa giving him only 1 month until his visa expired. He was not even given a call to see if he could make it to the United States in 1 month.

I personally believe to wait until the embassy request for the medical, b/c if they are not ready to issue the visa it's just going to be a waste of your money.

Alhamdolillah my case got an update today as first update in 2015. I think word Alhamdolillah is too much for merely an update however at least there is still some hope as my case is moving forward. Its not exciting for me and my wife who is now not showing her emotions to me. I am also accustomed to live like that and I hope I would live with it. Maybe visa would never be issued and I would forget about visa and US and would eventually die. I have no desire that is alive in myself since I am a married man who is not being with my wife and she is a married woman who is not being with her husband. We talk but that is without any happiness, joy or enthusiasm as we cannot share our thoughts, ideas, impressions as real time husband and wife do share. Its not like we both come to work at the end of the day and tell our activities and achievements. When I come from work, she is asleep as her working time is from 3 to 11. When she returns from work, its night time there, she is tired, cranky and I am in my office busy dealing with my everyday assignments. If someday she wakes up early, we talk and our discussion is stuck at visa thing. Imagine husband and wife starts their day with switching on their laptop and their spouse comes online and one is starting her day and other is ending his and vice versa. I bet any couple in this scenario cant survive but only we know how we are having our patience. Women being emotional and week suffer a lot. We are suffering and US Embassy is not giving me visa. Is this life? Is this justice? Long live the US and long live the justice system of USA.

Alhumdulillah! any progress big or small,is good signs in this case. I know how you and your wife feel, I am slowly going in to a weird depression, where i barely go out, I have friends who invite me to their houses or to go out for some outing and first I agree and then I cancel at the last minute because I lose all motivation to go anywhere. I dont go out with my family anymore, It takes effort for me to do any normal activity, and sad part is I have stopped showing this to anyone including my husband, I just pretend to be normal, but I feel like this is a silent depression inside of me. I cant even cry, my tears have dried up,

bas ALLAH hi hafiz hai

if your wife isnt showing her emotions, you shoudnt stop showing your emotions towards her. That is the worst thing you can do to your relationship. I think as married couples we forget that our life with our spouse started when we signed on the marriage papers, it doesnt start when our spouses come to america, that is just a continuation of our life with our loved one once they come here. I dont work at the moment so I have set up my schedule with Pakistan, i sleep when husband sleeps and wake when he does, i think thats the least I can do to feel connected to him.

Keep us updated :) my prayers are with you
