Dear all VJs...

I got an update today after 2 months...plz remember me in ur prayers and Duas as well

I pray your case continues to update and that the embassy contacts you or your wife soon. They used to answer my emails and sometimes told me what my husband needed to do. My husband had many, many updates over the course of 2 years but finally they issued the visa. AP ends for everyone at some point. I believe you have been waiting for a year in AP. I know it is hard and depressing but faith in God and constant prayer will get you through it. Also having a mate that loves and supports you is just as important. Please keep us informed about your updates we are praying for you and others in your situation.

Now i get why the CO made an issue with your time in Pakistan, that wasnt the issue at all, its the whole background check they have to do with your husband cuz of his proffession

Yup! Looks like that's the issue and he also works for pakistan motorway/highway police (but he's not a police)I guess that's another reason..

I read AP tracker part 2

I havent seen 1 , where can I find it?

I dont understand one thing, how come previous marriage is considered a red flag? even if the person has been divorced a while.

u check this link for Tracker 1...

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/523897-new-islamabad-ap-tracker-part-i/

Yes my update was on saturday...n yes previous marriage is always considered as a red flag specially for Pakistani spouse and they think its a way to enter in USA which i think is not true and I personally feel bad about this crazy reason of RED FLAG

Hi hispeedworm,

I was asked to submit the fresh documents and then I was scheduled for finger prints and oath. when I went for finger prints and oath they started questioning me again about our marriage and relationship. now they are asking recent proof of our ongoing relationship as a husband and wife. I was not expecting that but you never know what they embassy is doing. they still not approved our visa even after oath and finger prints.

I am going to send them the new proof soon and then see what they do.

Good Luck bro, you are one of the several people who was not approved after new set of fingerprints just like my case. Its almost a year since my finger prints and oath however still no visa. I think its actually a good sign they told you they need additional info because for my case they simply said everything is fine just mandatory AP is remaining, and it has been 10 months, and total of 26 months of AP since interview.

Sam7076,

Thank you, I know its insane that they put people on AP again after finger prints and oath. I am in AP from last 36 months since interview. I wish you and all others that things go well. I still do not trust the embassy even if its a good sign. May ALLAH help us Aameen.

Bhai As Salamu Alaikum.

I am on AP since last 40 months. I feel I would die this way without fulfilling the dream of being with my wife. I honestly dont know the reason for being on AP but for sake of justice, every action must be justified and this principle is also applicable on the US Embassy staff who put people on AP.

I honestly feel that VO wanted to give me the visa but she took time out twice to consult her seniors and it must be that senior or seniors who asked to put me on AP.

You know world is full of SADISTS and that might be the case with those in the US Embassy. Who knows what sort of background a person has who is taking revenge from people like me and you. Their approach is always subjective not objective. You can understand this from simple fact that all agencies from USCIS and NVC approved our cases but it was only the US Embassy who dealt with the case very subjectively.

WS brother,

Thank you, but I feel sorry for you and everyone here who is been in AP for a long time. I guess ALLAH has planned something better for us. Please don't feel sad and upset due to AP. I can understand your pain, feelings and frustration but you need to be strong and fight to win your right. Inshallah things will go better some how some day cause there is always an end no matter how long and dark the tunnel is but we will get to the bright light. So please never loose the hope and live happy. I guess its the reality we just need to accept that everything happens for a reason so in our case if its the Islamabad embassy, our country, religion or whatever the case is we got to live with it and hope for the best. I pray for all brother sisters that ALLAH make it easy for us.
