I-693 form

Hi, I have a question on the I-693 form. My fiancé and I just got married in the USA. My fiancé is from Manila, and we just received the marriage certificate in the mail today from our wedding one week ago. We are getting ready to file for adjustment of status. She came here on a K-1 visa on 8/29. She received, at at. Luke's (location of medical exam) an envelope that says, in red, do not open, to be opened only by the United States consular officer at the time of interview. She got some of her vaccines(MMR), TDAP in Manila at at st. Luke's during her medical, but the form said the vaccine history is incomplete. I'm not sure what we have to do now. Can we just get the vaccines at a doctor in the USA and have them fill out a vaccine record? I'm still not sure what the stapled envelope was for that she received at st.lukes. We haven't opened the envelope, in case we need it for a later interview. Do we need to get all of her shots before sending in adjustment of status forms? Thanks for any help you can give

She has the copy of her vaccination record from st lukes..and also mmr and td should be taken 2 consecutive months..for example if she got mmr and td shot in manila she has to take another shot the following month..then another shot of td after 6 months..its stated on the form incomplete. .but she can take it here..if I'm not mistaken you missed the 2nd dosage of td and mmr..you have to go and check to any health center near you. .if they can still give the 2nd dosage of mmr and td...yes we need the vaccination record during AOS..

You have the DS-3025 vaccination record from St. Luke's? The CD packet is of no value if you are still holding that. If your asawa is missing shots, you can have them completed now in the USA.

Thank you both for your help. Can we file the adjustment of status before the two shot series for MMR and TDAP are completed? Or do we have to wait until my wife has received both shots in the series. From the vaccine records it looks like we are going to need to start the shots over again, so that would mean waiting a month at least before we could file the AOS.
