i am petitioning my mother and currently filling up the I-130 form. it asked the divorce dates. i looked it up online at county clerks records but couldn't find it. can i just put UNKNOWN to the blank? just quick back ground, my step mom was the one who petitioned me. step mom and dad had been together since i was 12 yrs old and got married before my 18th b-day. i am now 30 yrs old. mom told me that dad sent her divorce papers (philippines) and she sent it back to them (US)

hi

then ask them for it because you need a copy of the divorce decree anyway to send it with the petition,
