Hi,

I am needing some help, any help would be appreicated it. I have already submitted I130 and its currently pending. My wife is here on B2 Visitor visa, and now i would like to file for i485. The documents that are required are:

G-325a- fill out two or just for her?

I-131- fill info mine or hers?

I485-fill info mine or hers?

I693- thats for her since its a medical examiniation

I765- fill info mine or hers?

I864-fill info mine or hers?

My question is do i only need to send her g235a form or mine also? Also each forum needs to have my information or hers? Sorry but i am a noob. Also supporting documents are copy of her birth certificate, copy of her passport, two passport photographs, I94 and Notice of Action Recepeit from USCIS. Please help.

The adjustment is all about your wife, except:

  • where each form asks for the sponsor's/petitioner's information
  • the affidavit of support (I-864) and supporting docs

Your wife is the applicant, you are the sponsor. Your wife is applying for adjustment of status (I-485), work authorisation (I-765) and advance parole (I-131), not you. So the G-325a is for your wife, not you. And all supporting docs are hers. Except the marriage certificate, which should show both your names.

Thanks for the input. Regarding this question on the forum I 765

Go to the who may file form I-765 section of the instruction. In the space below place the letter and number of the eligibility category you selected from instruction. For example (A)(8), ©)17)(III), etc,

What do i put, i looked in the instructions but i am confused.
