I got our interview date today from the e-mail. I just wanted to let you know that my e-mail from them said that they were only monitoring that e-mail box for emergencies now.

They said the new e-mail address for inquiries is support-dominicanrepublic@ustraveldocs.com

I hope you hear something soon!

You are welcome, and CONGRATSSSSS !!!! this is the whole point of this forum, is to help and guide each other :dancing: ..... Now, you are right, in the email I received with appointment date it didnt say that... How ever I did get a 2 auto reply ( I emailed 3 times) and the 2 emails I received did have that email that you just provided.

Thank you for your information. It's going into my ever increasing Word document with every little thing I can find. :)

They updated the new interview list today. Maybe some of the people who have not been notified of there interview yet are on the new list.

My case has been in the Embassy since the 2nd or 3rd of November. I filled out my DS 160 on October 11th, and sent them an email with the confirmation number and the dates. Still no interview. This is WORSE than waiting for the NOA2. My petition expires on January 25th, and I am really nervous to a point where I barely sleep just waiting for this damn interview date. Sooooooooo stressfull!!!! And to top it all off, the people at the new number dont know about K-1 visas. It is such a crappy system, we should be able to schedule our own interviews like other embassies in other countries. Is there any other way we can get a live person on the phone for this #######??? Im tired of emailing and not getting back a reply. I am truly fed up...I havent seen my fiance in 5 months because I wanted to wait for the interview date, but I already purchased my ticket, going for 4 days on the week of Dec. 3rd, and i know most likely I'll have to be back in January for the interview.

I know how you feel, I felt the same way last week, called every number possible and emailed as well... Finally got my interview date on my reply... they do not longer have a number where you can call... on the reply email at the bottom stated that any inquiries regarding visas will have to be sent to support-dominicanrepublic@ustraveldocs.com try emailing that one if you havent yet and see if they can assist!

Good luck to you!!
