Ok, So I had my medical in London, I passed and was told the results were sent to the London embassy. I was then informed I had to go to the Ais.usvisa-info.com page, Make new account and pay the visa fee before the embassy will schedule an interview. Which I've done.

On the site, it's now on a page that says "Schedule" And is asking for date of appointment. I haven't yet got this. So, now I've paid, will the embassy now schedule interview? I don't want to mess this up!!!

You are not supposed to pay until after you receive your interview letter. Paying does not prompt an interview.

Getting your three things submitted gets you a London interview--

DS-160

Medical results received by embassy

Readiness for Interview form submitted

Then you wait a few weeks for an interview letter.

Then you pay for the visa and schedule the courier at the same time online.

I was told by the embassy that I wouldnt get an interview without paying. They received my medical results on the 5th of November, My DS-160 was completed in October and my readiness was submitted after my medical on the 23rd oct.

K Visa Applicants are required to pay the MRV application fee to the Consular Section's Visa Information and Appointment Services contractor prior to the visa interview. Payment is by debit card only through their website at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb. Further information will be provided to you in your visa interview appointment letter.

This is the interview letter info they have posted that should come with your appointment letter. http://photos.state.gov/libraries/unitedkingdom/164203/cons-visa/IV019_fiance_appt_letter.pdf It says the fee is $240, but it was increased to $265 recently.

If you spoke to someone on the phone, then it was likely the non-immigrant visa people. They have a different system. The immigrant visa people handling your K1 are generally not available by phone.

Anyway, you have everything in and will get your interview, so all is good. They say allow six weeks (from the 5th of November in your case).
