I have an F1-based Employment authorization card that allows me to work in the US. My spouse is a US citizen and we are filing I-485 and I-130 concurrently. I have to fill in "A-number" in the forms. I was wondering if the "A number" is the same as the "USCIS number" that appears on my Employment authorization card?

Yes, that's correct. Your Alien number is your USCIS #, found on your EAD card.
