DS-260 present address

Quick question, my husbands present address is his home address and his previous addresses have been his dorms at University and then housing from the hospital he worked at. We have always used his permanent home address as the present and mailing address.

I'm just wondering for the present address on ds-260 should be from when they (he and his family) first moved into the house or since he last started living there?

For example, they moved to the house in 1995. He was 13 at the time. After the age of 16 he's lived at dorms, apartment and the at the hospital housing. And now he's back to living home since February.

So how should the month/year be given for present address?

Present address should be where he is NOW, it should say Month/year - present.

He should be listing the dorms, apartment and other housing unless it was so temporary or visiting places.

Other addresses should start at age 16 and go up. If he lived in dorms when he turned 16, then that would be the age 16 address and progress from there.

They ask for present first, then going back to age 16 in reverse order, not age 16 to present.
