Hello! i tried searching for this in the forums but i've had no luck.

I was discharged from the service in June of this year. I am now employed at Target as a warehouse worker; however, it is a seasonal position and i will be laid off in December. My question is, Do i need a co-sponsor?

I spoke to an immigration consultant , he said that i do not, because i was in the military , and that being a seasonal worker does not matter, all i have to do is show my pay stubs and my tax returns

any feedback is welcome! Thank you

What is the total income you reported - what does your tax transcript show as your total gross income?

Do you need to support for anyone else in the US?

Do you have other assets/investments?

Do you have any saving amount?
