42 days to get case number?

They "received" our case on Oct. 3rd. They told us that on the phone. At that time they told us it would be up to 30 days until we received a case number. We were happy when we received the email with the case # on Oct. 23rd.... only 20 days later and on my husbands birthday :.) So...the 35 days is the longest time it will take... if it's like our case, it will come sooner. Start pulling everything (AOS & IV packs) together because things really start moving quickly once you have a case # (F)

I received an email yesterday. now time to work on the rest of the case.
