Question about the SB-1 urgent PLZ !!

Hello everyone,

I have an appointment about the SB-1 visa, My husband took my documents when we were in our home country to spend holiday, so my conditional green card was expired, I made a police report, and then he handed them to me,

After that we filed the I751 jointly but I'm overseas, My i751 still pending because i didn't receive the I797. I only have the receipt number

Now is it good to show the police report that states that my husband stole or withhold my documents during the interview for the SB-1?

Is it guaranteed that they will give me the visa because it's beyond my control or they will think that our relationship is over?

knowing we have a child and we own a house there.
