It's faster to pay it online. Are you not able to do so? The next step would be to send the AOS package. Of course, I believe now the AOS and IV package can be sent together.

You have to pay the $120 AOS fee and the $325 IV fee. They should be paid before sending the package.

Isnt there a IV fee to be paid first before sending the AOS and IV packet in one?

I believe so, yes. I'm not exactly sure how they are doing it now that they want both packages sent together, but they should at least bill both fees together so that people can send the package as soon as they can. You can probably give them a call or email and see how long they would take to send the IV bill.

IV fee is not available as yet. This is so confusing. Do I have to wait for IV bill before I can do DS 260??


Also, I think it may still be possible to send both packages separately though, you could find that out too, just in case.
