Help please nvc is getting on my nerves now

So i mailed them every single required documents but i didnt know that i had to give

My wifes aos aswell as she has been living here with me anyhow i did mail them my wifes aos aswell and now its been another 60 days almost complete i called nvc twice this week but they said they cannot update me i asked them if they can tell me whats missing from my documents they said original marriage certificate and wifes aos now whats pissing me off is i have already mailed them the original marriage certificate the first time and in my previous calls they never said anything about original marriage certificate dont know whats wrong with these nvc people every other person says a different thing

Please any advice is highly appreciated

The first thing you need to do is remain calm. NVC is working very slowly these days and as you can see it is taking months for a lot of people to get case complete with them. You said you sent the AOS and the marriage certificate. Give them time to get a hold of you with another check list of what they need. You may never get one because they find the marriage certificate and they complete your case. After that you will wait about a month for your interview date email.

You do not need a lawyer at this stage. It's too late and nothing a lawyer can do but tell you things you already know.
