January coming will be a year my son was granted his american passport through CRBA. He has never travelled and he's been here in Jamaica with me the whole time. Im wondering if 1 year is too long for him to be here in Jamaica being that he's an American citizen. Im at 43 days for an aos checklist my husband got. Do you think I could call nvc, speak to a supervisor and explain my situation. Im thinking we gonna get another checklist but do you think the supervisor could set an interview date and have me bring the outstanding aos documents.

Do you mean you're worried he doesn't have permission to stay in Jamaica for a long period of time?

If I'm not mistaken, by being born there he is a Jamaican citizen as well.
