Hi guys, i am preparing all my documents ready for my interview this week and ive hit a road block, im reading lots of conflicting posts about ''packet 3'' requiring me to send off forms, im not sure if its different for other countries or possibly im just looking at an older version judging by the dates on the posts here but i misplaced my packet way back as ive been in the process of moving and other things, ive been following the guide all along and have sent off my DS-160 and readiness form online, attended my medical, received my interview date and time and paid my MRV fee is there something else im supposed to send them? i was under the impression that packet 3 was merely a checklist and apart from those 2 online forms that is all they need from me pre-interview? can somebody please clarify this for me please, sorry if i have missed something obvious but with my time to prepare running out im overthinking a lot!

If you are reading in the K1 forums, you are reading processes for other countries. For you from the UK:

Nothing is mailed in. All online now. Take the documents that apply to you on interview day. (Review this list http://london.usembassy.gov/application_documents.html )

Take the interview letter and DS-160 confirmation page (although others without one of those still got in to interview).

Take your receipt of paying the fee.

adding a new question to this thread rather than starting a new one,

Okay so another worry of ours is about the poverty guideline and any info would be great to clarify how this works, basically my fiance(petitioner) lives with her parents, sister and grandmother currently (5 person household) but we filled out the i-134 stating that itd just be her sponsoring me so a household of 2. now her mortgage application is taking a while longer than we anticipated aswell as my interview coming up way sooner than i thought it would so shes still living at home, are they going to care that shes still at home or do you think i will be okay once ive handed over her proof? the reason i ask is that she covers enough for up to 4 but not 5 + me and this is a huge worry!

thanks again

**EDIT** after googling how to determine household size in the US it seems that she doesnt have to include anyone who files their own taxes AND anyone who isn't dependant on her, i think the confusion comes from when i tried to apply for a student loan here in the UK a few years ago i had to include everybody who i lived with wether they were dependants or not! apologies for being so clueless but my mind goes around in loops when i get nervous about something, if somebody can clarify this as correct for me itd be great

thanks again

You support you and your future husband. Two. That's it unless you happen to have a child.
