When did you propose? plese I'm worried help

Hi everyone

My fiance has B2 visa issued based on visiting USC fiancee (Me), he don't remember if they asked him at the interview about proposal date :( and even don't remember what did he answer for this question because it was long time ago

the big question is

1- on the K1 visa interview if the CO ask him when did you propose her ? does he need to give the exact date (DD/MM/YY) or just speak about it in general like he can say : I proposed her when she was with me here in the country in 2012 ?

2- if the CO insist on a proposal date and he gave date that not matching the exact date when he answered this question at the B2 interview will that be a big problem?

I think generalities will be fine. like, "I was in the US in April, 2012, and I asked her to marry me..."

11/17/2014 - K2 gets an interview waiver letter in the mail (dated November 12th) (K1 has never gotten this letter)

08/24/2015 - Green cards are FINALLY in hand after nearly 13 months of waiting.

05/02/2017 - CSC receives our package

05/31/2017 - biometrics appt (Oxnard, CA)

06/19/2018 - ROC still pending with no news but that wonky glitch back in February, so we went ahead and filed for citizenship
