Yes. Philippines and when the petitioner (USC) lives abroad are unofficially expedited. Not sure about military petitioners, but I suspect they may be too. Most people are waiting in excess of 5 months for processing of stand-alone I-130 petitions, so please be prepared to wait and don't set yourself up for disappointment.

While everyone is excited to see approvals, please remember that there are many who have been patiently waiting for their approval.

July and earlier filers I hope our approvals come through soon.

To those who have received approvals: sincerest congratulations.
