You cannot do DCF because that would require you to marry there in Thailand, and Thailand does not allow same sex marriage. You can file the I-129F petition from abroad. Put that you will apply for the K-1 visa in Thailand. You are living there legally through a visa, so you can interview for the K-1 there. The K-1 visa interview will require an affidavit of support, and as far as I know, they are pretty strict there about those and it is difficult to use a co-sponsor. Hopefully someone from Thailand that knows about the financial specifics can help you with that aspect.
