Hey guys! :)

Me and my USC fiancé are gathering documents and stuff for my upcoming K1 interview.

As supporting evidence for the Form I-134 how many W2 forms and pay stubs is it necessary to have? (We already got the employer letter and the bank account statements.) The K1 guide here on visajourney says "previous W2 form and last two pay stubs".

My question: Is the copies of the previous W2 form & the last two paystubs enough or do we need more?

Thanks for answering!

Each consulates packet 3 or 4 may vary.

But here is what financial data I sent my fiancée for her interview.

Package cover sheet

Financial Section Cover sheet (then everything is in the order as on the cover sheet)

I-134 form completed, dated and signed

Letter of employment verification stating how employed there and annual salary

Last two pay stubs

W-2 2013

I-140 Tax return 2013

401K Last statement

Excel spreadsheet of bank accounts ( I use more than one bank)

Letter from bank (1)

Balance statement (bank 1)

Letter from Bank (2)

Balance statement Bank (2)

I may be giving them more than needed but this way they should not be requesting additional information and delaying my fiancée's visa awaiting additional info. Whatever they do not want we will destroy by shredding and/or burning.
