I forget to submit G-325A for spouse with i-130.

I forget to submit G-325A for my spouse with i-130. Is been more than 2 month and my case is in review status. what can i Do at this point? can i send it now before getting RFE?

Have you at least gotten an NOA1? If so, I'd say having a cover letter on top of the missing G-325a explaining your mistake and the names of the petitioner and beneficiary (all caps so they see it easily) should work. Otherwise, just wait for an RFE, which you should definitely get.

I already got my NOA1 and i got email last week it said "your alien registration number waas changed" i don't know what that mean?

what document did you submit for Evidence of a Bonifide Marriage ? because i didn't submit this as well?

Yeah that's what my RFE was for because I listened to people on here saying they did DCF for an IR-1 through Frankfurt and didn't submit any evidence, but still got approved. Don't listen to them, or else you might end up like me with a 17-day delay in processing, haha.

I realize you might not be living together, so you'll just have to find out what "ties" you together. Still, here's all the evidence I included in my RFE reply:

• Brief explanation as to why certain scraps of evidence are unattainable for us

• Last page of apartment rental contract (“Schlussbestimmungen”) signed by both my husband and myself

• Latest Apartment Bill from January 2014 (“Mieterhöhung zum 01.01.2014”) addressed to both my husband and myself

• Proof of deposit (“Vereinbarung”) on apartment by myself and my husband

• Official address changes proving I lived with my husband at his parents' address before our marital union and showing we moved together to our own apartment (2x “Anmeldung”)

• Up-to-date gas and electric bills addressed to both my husband and myself

• Proof of a joint German bank account shared between my husband and myself (*Please note attached paper)

• Proof of family health insurance (“Familienversicherung”) which insures us under my husband's work contract (* Two separate pieces of paper – one for each spouse)

• Photos of my husband and me/family between 2009-2014 (description and date on back of each photo)

• Letters from parents in US and Germany and one Finnish friend living in Germany
