Yes. The time spent as a conditional LPR counts towards citizenship. So after 3 years minus 90 days, you will be able to apply for citizenship. According to your timeline, you can file for citizenship sometime in June 2017. You cannot file more than 90 days early, so you have to count back from September 2017 to get the exact date.

Ok Thank u Ian. And if there were iri visa in my passport then I can also apply for citizenship after 2 yrs and 9months from the date of POE. Right?

Yes, you can apply for citizenship after 3 years minus 90 days of being an LPR, it doesn't matter if the visa was CR1 or IR1.

Ok thanks a lot Ian. It mean my next is to read information about how to fill up for ROC and Should join the topic for work. yeh I am waiting for green cards and I will get SSN from SS office.
