Hi people!

I only ask all, if there any notice about F2A filler from December, 2013 in F2A Category. Who have filled, or sent AOS paper, or any other request?

Dec 02 2013: Priority Date

Feb 28 2014: NOA 2 Received.

Aug 14 2014 : No Visa available letter

Feb 26 2015: AOS Fee Paid

April 10 2015: IV fee Paid and IV Packet sent

April 11 2015: DS-260 Completed

April 13 2015: Resend I-864 to NVC with Check list and Bar Coded Cover Sheet

April 14 2015: New Scan date Asigned

May 8 2015: E-mail with 2nd Check list, CC but I need new AOS form for interview day, because item missing.

May 14 2015: Case complete by e-mail.

July 9 2015: Case Status Checked as "READY"

Right now the PD for F2A is on March 2013, so it may be several months before you are called for NVC processing. Has your case been approved by USCIS yet?

Estimates/Stats :
Our I-130 was approved in 19 days from our NOA1 date.
Our interview took 622 days from our I-130 NOA1 date.

Yes, I was approved by USCIS on febraury 28th, them I Called to NVC and they told us (my wife and me) that is not possible beging a consular process because my PD is not current yet. But it was in august this year at this moment I guess there any new in that category.

What do you think?

You will probably start NVC processing sometime in the spring based on your PD or maybe sooner. Just keep in mind that even if you do start NVC processing before the PD is current, a visa cannot be issued until you are past your PD. Here is the latest visa bulletin:

Yes, I think that, still My PD is not current. My Visa interview can´t be sheduled.

Yes, your interview can't be scheduled until your PD is current, but you are still able to begin NVC processing before that. It's just a matter of when. You should be able to start the NVC processing within the next several months.

I am reviewing almost every day, but I haven´t get any access to electronic portal called CEAC. I am unable to make the payments fee.

OP, you can't access CEAC because your case is not being processed at NVC right now. They have big workload going on and they are not going to touch your file for few more months before they think your PD will be current. Have patience, my friend.
