Hey Everyone.



Today i sent in my N400 packet to the Arizona Lockbox.


I'm applying on the 3 year married to a U.S Citizen Rule.



I entered the United states on Feb 1 2012. We had been married Since 2009 when I entered.



I sent all the information required.



Cheque for $680


Photocopy of front and back of green card


N 400 completed form


2 passport photos (2in x 2in)


Wife's Birth Certificate


Marriage Certificate


Tax Returns for (2012,2013) We have not filled our taxes for 2014 yet


Joint bank account statements


Joint Car Insurance Documents


3 Years of lease agreements (2012,2013,2014)




NATURALIZATION


02/01/2012 - Green Card Issue date


11/01/2014 - N-400 package mailed.

so i am getting my N400 together base on 3yrs and my question is:

1) Do you send the same evidence as the I-751?

2) Does the interview involve your u.s citizen spouse?

3) Is their anywhere on the form that the us citizen spouse have to sign?

4) How do you sign up for email/text alert?

5) After becoming a citizen, do you alert the uscis of AR11 change?


Last question: what are the evidence you include base on a 3yr rule?

hello!!!

i am filing as spouse of a us citizen(i could file as 5 yr green card holder too but figured would do this instead)

mailed my packet last friday october 31st. chose express service for lewisville TX.

package was delivered Monday November 3rd

check cashed Thursday November 6th.

now waiting for the receipt notice. forgot to send in the e-file form(oops!)

N-400 sent out on the 3rd November by UPS next day to Lewisville, Texas Lockbox

Package received on the 4th November

Using post office money order

Email of 1st NOA on the 6th of November said the application has been accepted

Local office Boston, MA

11/10/2011: All checks cashed, total $1490.
11/14/2011: All 4 NOAs received in the mail
11/17/2011: Biometrics Letter received in mail for Dec 8
11/18/2011: Biometrics done but 9/10 are rejected due to allergy.
11/25/2011: 2nd Biometrics letter received (send 11/23).
11/29/2011: 2nd Biometrics done but not all 10 are passed again. Hoping for the best =)
12/19/2011: Interview notice for Jan 27 at National Benefits Center (local office).
01/17/2012: EAD/AP Combo Card received.
01/27/2012: Interview done, lasts about 30 minutes but the wait is long - 1 hour. The interviewer approved us verbally, have to send in police clearance.
01/30/2012: Got police Clearance at local police station and mailed in.
02/06/2012: Card Production Ordered

01/16/2014: Receipt of I-751 Removing conditions
01/21/2014: NOA

02/10/2014: Biometrics

04/24/2014: Approval

05/01/2014: Card Received

11/08/2014: Sent N-400

received my NOA(I-797C) yesterday November 11th priority date November 3rd.
