My wife is in Manila and the visa is being delivered by 2GO to her home address . She will not be there for the pick up . Will they let the package with a family member ? I am going to do an online chat at 8Am , but just wondering if anyone has had any problems like this before . We would like to get it delivered to MOA if possible . What will happen to it if no one is available to pick up at the delivery address ?

Your wife will need to leave her ID with someone at the house and write a letter stating they are authorized to receive the package. I heard that will work.

If no one will be there, arrange for it to be delivered a different day.

I spoke to them directly on the phone . We will have it delivered tomorrow . We have to send 2 forms of ID and the letter that you spoke about . Her sister will accept the delivery . Having it sent back would take too long and we need the passport for the CRBA on the 29th . Will be a nervous week , but I think it will reach her in time by LBC .

They can be scanned copies .... also you are able to hold the package at a location until you will be available to receive it .
