Letter of intent to marry

Hey!

So my fiancé (petitioner) just triple checked our I-129F package before we was going to send it and has noticed I've misspelt his name on the letter of intent to marry, by ONE letter. E.g Wiliam instead of William lol. That's not his name, just thought I'd use it as an example. It's his middle name not the forename or surname I misspelt.

So my question is....... Should I;

A) Send him over another letter with everything corrected (snail mail)

B) Email him a new letter with and get him to print it in colour so the signature kinda looks original and send it off

C) just forget about it and wait to see if we get an RFE or

D) Email him a new letter get him to print it off and put my signature on it (lool only jokin, THAT'S FRAUD!! Wink Wink)

I'm not sure what to do as I've read it's PARAMOUNT you have a 'wet' signature on the letter of intent. So what should I do?

Thank you for any help you can give.

If this were me I would leave as is and pray that it was ok and there is no RFE....BUT if you have time and want to be extra sure, send a new letter with everything correct WITH an original signature in BLACK ink.

One officer may overlook it while another may not. Like I was telling a friend of mine, it is like a bag of mixed nuts! You just don't know who you will get to review the petition.

Better get a new letter of intent to marry with his name properly spelled and send it to him the proper way.

By not doing it, you only risk getting an RFE and it can delay your case longer than you can send a new letter via courier to your fiance.

Better be safe than sorry. Good luck!

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. You never know who you may get! Plus I might get somebody on bad when somebody has just run over their cat and they just RFE every petition they see. Knowing my luck that would probably be the case. The thing is, I reeeeeaaaally don't want to send it again, laziness on my part. But I guess it's better to safe than sorry!

Thanks ?

Thanks ? I think I'll just send him another letter. I'd rather swerve an RFE than run right into one.

I 100% vote C.

Meanwhile mail a new one just in case of an RFE so it's ready to go in the same day mail if needed.
