Follow up medical within a wk upon arrival in LA..where to go?

Feelow vj'rs pls help me.We arrived LA almost a week now and i have a follow up med within a week for my med result in SlECS. And i dont know where to go...pls need advice from anyone with experience in this case. Also what are steps we should take and we should have?

Can you give us a little more information please. You should have gotten your medical results before departure. Can't travel without them. You say "follow up med within a week". What are you following up and why a week? With a little more information I think you will get more results.

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Removal of Conditions

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

Biometrics Appt. Jan 29, 2016 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled [Completed]

So sorry for that short information. Yeah i have my immunization record from St Lukes,meaning done with my medical. But upon arrival at the immigration they gave me a papers that is the result from St. Lukes and as i read it all along theres a checked box that says need for follow up 1week upon arrival in US. Now my 1week will be tommorow here in LA and have not recieve a call and was not given any papers where to go for follow up. Anyone like me here in VJ knows what clinic to go in LA for follow up? Pls... Thanks.
