Hi

Has anyone been denied based on insufficient income on I-134? I have my interview Friday and just found out I was looking at the wrong line on my fiancés tax return and it turns out he doesn't make enough to sponsor me (he's self employed) :( so I will be denied on Friday. Does anyone know if they'll give me a chance to just send in a Co sponsor I 134 or if I'll have to start all over again the I 129f petition? Anyone had this issue before?

You should be giving a chance to get a cosponsor.

You should get moving on getting all the forms done just in case you can get them to them on Friday. Just a warning Montreal is very slow at reviewing anything sent to them after the interview.

Hi!

Thanks so much. We might be able to get something together with his mom before Friday!
