How do I check to see if Bogota, Colombia consulate will accept an asset-only I-134?

Hey gang!

As we all know, every consulate is different in how they assess the ability for a the petitioner to care for the beneficiary and keep him/her from becoming a ward of the state. That being said, how do I check to see how our specific consulate (the one in Bogota) operates?

Is it via their website or through personal testimony on visajourney.com?

Email the Embassy and ask.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
