Hello Everyone,

From what I have read and heard about CFO is that now you set up an appointment and there is none of the 4AM waiting in line anymore.

But...

I just registered my Sister-in-Law on the CFO web site and found this statement:

Schedule of Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (first come, first served)

First come First served sure sounds like waiting at 4AM so what gives??

Is there a site I need to go to, to actually get her an appointment or want??

I am also seeing:

No Reservations Required for CFO PDOS

The scheduling system is only for spousal and fiancee visas. http://www.cfo.gov.ph/images/speeches/GCPflyer_GOAS05092014.pdf

Other immigrant visas attend PDOS and like noted it is first come first served, plus to that is there are 70 slots per day.
