I just received my husbands NPC after waiting for 3 months and it says the reason requested was for "study." Is this going to cause a problem with our visa process?

Shouldn't be an issue. All NVC wants is the police certificate matters not what reason is printed on it.

I have seen PC that say work, personal, travel, Visa. All kinds of things. You are good to go.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

You said you received after 3 months. What is the expiry on the PCC? Because it has to be in NVC's hands before it expires and Nigerian PCC only good for 3 months.

The NPC is dated for September so we are fine there. The reason I said it took 3 month to receive it was because my husbands had to wait on me to find a cosponsor for the affidavit of support.
