E2 visa how should I change it?

E2 VISA is a very limited Visa.

In order to be able to hae more chances on the work market and have other employee be able to hire me, how and in wchich new Visa should I change my current E2?

There isn't one. There are work visas but they're tied to employer and it is the employer that applies for it.

That’s a difficult one because the E2 is specific and there isn’t really another similar visa to switch to. I got on very well with the E2 visa but it was for a specific work project and I left the country after the business was concluded. You could apply for a job where the employer is looking for someone with your skills and will be willing to sponsor you. Or you can make the most of the E2 visa you are on and develop your business while you have the chance to do so.
