Please I kindly need some help,Please anybody know If Spanish police certificate need to be translated English before I can present it in American embassy in Madrid-Spain? Please any information on american embassy in Madrid-Spain will be needed ,I just newly got approve please any useful information will be appreciated ,Thanks so much for your support I appreciate.THANKS.

Hello!

No, there is no need for a translation. For example at the consulate in Mexico they accept documents in:

- English, because its the American consulate

- Spanish, because the consulate is located in Mexico where Spanish is the official language.

If birth certificate was in 3rd language other than English or Spanish the translation would be required.
