for the K1 who already had their interview, Please can you tell me what documents I would need, I have the interview notice but looks like a general notice? Thank you

For our K1/K2 AOS interviews, we took the specific USCIS instructions quite literally. USCIS is specific as to what they may review at the interview. We took every shred of paper and document that we had accumulated during our immigration journey. It paid off for us, the IO wanted to see my original divorce decree and some of our initial relationship photos. All of this stuff was previously submitted with the original I-129F visa petition (over a year prior to the AOS interview).

We were glad to have the requested documents and not receive a RFE so late in the process for such minor items.
