Hi everybody,

My daughter finally was APPROVED. My husband and I were placed under oath, not my daughter because she is just 11.

Let me tell you that most of the questions were for him again, how did we meet, when, if he has children, what does he do for a living and so. She told me when I have to apply for removal of conditions and when my daughter should, then she also told me when to apply to become citizen. Almost at the end, the officer asked my daughter her complete name, her parents' names, if she speaks english, the school she attends, where does she live and her phone number, that was it. I had to give the officer my daughter's I-94, EAD and SS number. Oh and I had to signed my daughter's application with the information she updated in the interview.

I think that was it for now for us.

Just GOOD LUCK to all of you in this journey, be patient REALLY PATIENT and do everything in the right way, the way Inmigrations ask you to do even if it is frustrating for us.

No you haven't missed anything. And we were as surprised as you the day we got her EAD, I mean she is just 11 and she got her EAD valid for one year!!!. We never understood that from Inmigrations Office.

But as I said before, we have to do the way they want, even if they leave us like

Hi!

I was reading your timeline and was wondering if they ended up accepting your birth certificate. I've got an international one and a regular one which has been translated and notarized. I wasn't sure which they'd prefer so I just got both. Anyhow, just wondering if they ended up accepting your other one.
