I am preparing to file the paperwork for a K-1 Visa for my fiance in the Philippines. The thing is, she just gave birth to a little girl. As I am the father of the baby, she is automatically a US citizen. I have the procedure already for getting her birth recognized and a passport for her issued. The question is, do I need to list the baby on the I-129F form since I will not be including her on the visa? I don't want any delays for this since I'd like to get my daughter and fiance to this country as soon as possible.

Yes you list the child because this is the petition and not the visa application. When it comes time for visa application you will not apply for one.

I think you would still list your child on your fiancee's petition.
