i-765 - I am applying for confusion

Hi all,

I am in my OPT now and I have my EAD but it is going to expire next year. I am also in process of applying for green card through marriage. For i-765 form, i am confused if I should put "I am applying for Permission to accept employment" or "Renewal of my permission to accept employment"?

Any help is greatly appreciated

I agree with above. You are applying for a new EAD based on your marriage to a USC and pending AOS, so you would choose the category that corresponds with that.
