I've been extremely lazy! I will get my timeline done today I think! Anyway, after months CSC finally touched my K3 paperwork since it arrived there from Chicago. Last touch was Nov. 18th. My I130 hasn't been touched since it arrived in California from Nebraska on Sept. 20!! CSC is waking up maybe.

8/12/06 Married in Lop Buri on Mothers Day

8/28/06 Packet sent via immigration attorney

9/11/06 Received at Nebraska Service center

9/19/06 NOA1 from California Circus Center

9/20/06 Touch

1/30/07 NOA2 email sent

1/31/07 Touch

I129F

10/1/06 Packet sent via immigration attorney

10/24/06 Received at MSC

10/26/06 NOA1

11/13/06 Notice date on transfer to CSC

11/20/06 Touch

1/25/07, 1/26/07, 1/28/07, 1/30/07, 1/31/07 Touch, touch, touch....

2/1/07 E-mail of NOA2 Happiest day since the wedding....Good-bye CSC...Forever!

Our K3 has just been transferred to California from Missouri. It was touched yesterday. Nothing had been been touched on our I 130 since October, when it got approved. Let's hope our K3's go smoothly and quickly!

I got a touch on my I-130 too, today. Of course a touch to a K-3 would be more welcomed but, I guess this is good for now. I guess california service center is moving finally.
