no, they only need the divorce decrees...they asked me about the number of children stated on my fiancé's decree - he has 4 children but only 3 were on it as the oldest was no longer a dependent at the time.

they didn't ask for marriage certificates.

Hi VJ forum. I am wondering if the CO at the interview requires previous marriage certificates as well as divorce certificates? Thank you.

Only the divorce decree or dissolution of marriage court filing. It needs to be a certified copy, however, so request that from the county clerk where the divorce was filed.
