We had our medical yesterday. All went really well nothing to worry about at all. Nice Dr told me I didn't look my age and made my day! LOL Oh yeah ladies if you are over 35 you get a full breast exam. Just one thing the address on the directions from the embassy says 15 Basil street - it's wrong! 15 Basil Street is a private residence and I'm sure the housekeeper was pretty ticked at all the people ringing the bell and asking for the Dr! The correct address is 14-58 Basil mansions , Basil Street. Only thing I could complain about was the half hour they kept us waiting for the bill which meant we left at 5pm and caught the tube rush hour which was absolutely horrendous.

What did they do about your vaccines? I see in another thread that the poster was told they HAD to have the vaccines before they would send the medical over to the consulate. Looking for a trend here, cause if that is what they are doing, that's incorrect procedure......

I made sure our vaccinations were up to date but yes they were vaccinating everybody who wasn't. There was a man who went before us and he was horrified because he had to pay £60.00 for mmr and tetanus.
