I know that I am supposed to send my fiancé a copy of the original K1 packet, and a lot of other papers. Question is when? Now after the Noa2, or do I wait for the NVC letter. Do I send it postal, UPS, FedEx? I have read information which says to just send it, but not specifically when. Thanks , any help is appreciated. -Stacey

When you have everything you need to send him completed you can send it to him, the faster the better. Use a courier that has tracking all the way to his doorstep if possible, don't use USPS. You might want to check with others that have gone through Riyadh, see what they recommend.

K-1

I-129F NOA1 => NOA2: 161 days

NOA2 => Interview: 64 days

AP: 33 days

Total: 258 days

AOS

I-485 NOA => GC: 333 days

No Interview

ROC

07/30/2017: Package Sent

08/01/2017: NOA

09/07/2017: Biometrics

12/04/2018: Approved! 490 days

Send immediately nvc confirms petition en route to embassy so beneficiary gets to go through the documents submitted for a petition he or she will be grilled on...beneficiary also gets to present new pieces of evidence showing active and on going relationship like updated call and chat logs. Use FedEx
