Ok so what can you do once you get the NOA2 Text / Email while waiting for the NVC letter, I am assuming the new case or immigrant number is in the NVC letter. Correct?

Is there anything you can do besides put together the letter of continuing relationship and documents, plus financial statements for proof of financial support and wait for the NVC letter?

At what time can the Beneficiary register online and complete the DS-160?

Timeline

You can call nvc to get the case number before you get the info in the mail. With some consulates, that allows you to set an appointment time. Keyword: some (not all).

Aug. 21, '17: NOA1

Thanks i will check with our consulate and see.

I may seem like i am looking to far ahead. But enough time is wasted waiting and mail time. We want to do everything we can on our end to shorten the delays by every day or week we can.
