DS260 Form questions

I'm hoping someone can help me out. My IV payment cleared today and I will be submitting my DS260 form. In the question about having received a previous visa, do I put in yes since I got the B2 stamped in my passport from my last flight down to the US?

My second question is regarding the mailing address for the green card. I have a physical house address for where I will be living, however, my husband has a PO box for his mail. Does anyone know if I can use a PO box for the delivery of the green card?

If you were issued a B2 visa, then answer "yes" and include the visa number.

No. Unless yo'uve actually applied for a visa you've never gotten a visa. Even though they stamp B2 on our passports it's not actually a visa, we just have to abide by the rules of that visa.. It's odd for Canadians I know.

Not sure on the PO box.

Likely they do because likely they don't have VJ. It's something to bring up at interview however.
