Looks complete, and as always I suggest to use the embassy instructions letter as your checklist.

You will need your passport, appointment confirmation email and if I remember correctly the payment receipt from BPI when you first check in (under the tent).

Update us as to whether they ask for the Letter of Intent to Marry... It seems over the past 3-4 years they have stopped asking for it most of the time.

They either ask for the payment receipt at the first window (the one you go to after entering the embassy from the tent), or at window 39 inside the building where the interviews are held. I think its the first window though.

They never asked us for a letter of intent. The Filipina consul only wanted to see some pictures of us together.

It's been too many years and I was all hyped at the time, I remember the passport being put in the plastic bag and them checking for my wife's name on a list, just don't remember when/where they took the receipt, but logic says it would be the first window (in our case it was window 40) where the Filipino gathers all the documents and does a pre-screen interview.

Thanks for the update on the LOI. I have found no one in years now that has been asked for the Intent to Marry letter, so I keep asking. It is only a sheet of paper so not a big deal to have handy. ;)

I try to keep the info up to date as it makes things easier.
