Cannot schedule for my interview

Hello,

I'm done with my DS-160 form, and now like to schedule my interview.

I open this site--https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/, then click new user, fill-up my email address, my first name, last name and password

then type the words displayed in the box below..What it was showed below is number, so that was what i typed in.

But after I submitted this is what appeared below...What is this mean?

yes I did it, but still it's error.

ohhh I wonder why it is giving you that message.

once you clicked "new user," it will give you details such as :

select country for visa

email

first name

last name

password

confirm password

then the captcha (there is an image and you have to type the number in the box)

At this screen https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/ you DO NOT enter a user name and email, you scroll down to "New User?" and click there, then complete setting up your account. https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/SiteRegister?country=&language=

it says

"type in the words displayed in the box below"

if you see numbers then type those digits in the box before clicking on "submit"

You started on this page: https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/ then you clicked on "New User?" at the lower right to go to next page and you got an error message?

Did you choose Philippines from the drop down menu?

You typed the password twice, correct?

Next thought I have is you clear the cache in your web browser. Or try a different web browser.
