Yes kilangan mo I fill out yong ds 160 online wla kami niyan dati Kasi matagal na yong interview ko last 2011 piro sa pagkakaalam ko you need you do the ds 160.. Good luck

You can schedule your interview without completing the DS-160. You can complete the DS-160 anytime before interview day.

When scheduling the interview after paying at BPI you normally have to wait 12-24 hours before the payment is recorded.

I paid my visa fee yesterday (September 11, 2014) at 2pm, I pay the amount of $240 dollars, and it was the last day of the visa fee before they increase the new amount.

I started to schedule my interview today at 3pm, so just wondered why it is still error?

Is it possible that the cause of that error is about my payment?

You are having an error setting up your account, not with scheduling your interview. Get your account setup... then we will worry about scheduling.
